It’s amazing how connections work, even from miles and miles away!

Not long after we opened the hostel, we received a donation of AUD 500 from Peter Mikus, who connected to us through Dorje and his team. We don’t know Peter directly, and we are so touched that he thinks of us, this is pure kindness.

Thanks to his donation, we were able to furnish the two big dormitories with sustainable and ecofriendly bamboo racks, and laundry baskets, as well as equipping the kitchen with gas bottles for the stove.
