Last month, we were very pleased to receive the visit of Passang Dolma, who comes from Samagaon too and who now lives and works as a Nurse in Germany. What an example of courage and perseverance she is for our students!

Passang is carrying in her heart the children of Samagaon. Her good friend Norbert Kuettner in Germany, raised funds for the children of Samagaon on the occasion of his birthday. So much generosity! Instead of receiving presents for himself, he collected funds and donated them through Passang during her visit in Nepal.
We would like to express our deep gratitude to Norbert Kuettner. His donation allowed us to complete the Reading/Meditation room on the hostel ground floor. The room had only metal shutters and needed proper windows, we were not able to use this room until then. Now it’s done and the students can finally use this room to read books and practice meditation!
